Shipping price calculation problem?

Shipping price vary based on quantity, product and location. It will be calculated upon checkout, after you fill in your details.

 If you add more items on your order and you see the total price has not changed that is because the correct total price will reflect upon checkout.

Right after you have added more items, you simply hit back to the shipping method and it will recalculate the order. Then, when you click on "Complete order", it should reflect the correct total price. 

Paying at PayPal without a PayPal account

All international credit/debit cards accepted, No PayPal account needed.
It's easy & take 3 minutes approximately.

Payments for Inspiring Wave are made at PayPal, but you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account neither.

1. Once you check out, just click on "Pay with Debit or Credit Card"

2. Enter your credit card's data

Address, email & phone number may also be requested depending on your country.

3. Select "No, I don't want an account now"

4. Click on "Continue"

5. Finally, Thanks for your order.

 

Troubleshooting PayPal payments

Depending on a number of factors you could run into problems when paying at PayPal. Some common issues are:

1. I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all
Your browser's PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try
deleting your cookies
to fix this.

2. PayPal is not accepting my credit card
Please double check the data you entered at PayPal's form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.

3. I can't find a "Don't have a PayPal account?" option
Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payments in all cases. Sometimes it is because of your location, or sometimes PayPal might believe by checking your browser's cookies that you actually own a PayPal account. You might try
deleting your cookies
to get around this.

HOW LONG WILL ORDER PROCESSING TAKE?


Orders typically take up to 7 days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. During Holidays processing times may take up to 14 days. 

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME ?


U.S orders will be shipped via USPS and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

 Transit Times to United States: 5 - 20 Business days 
Transit times to International: 10 - 45 Business days
Average transit times are received in 3 weeks.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?


Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends time to source for quality yet affordable products. While we are unable to provide tracking for your products, our company insured fully on the packages and any missing items will be reshipped free of charge to you.

WHAT COURIER WILL BE USED FOR THE DELIVERY


The courier service actually depends on our fulfilment center. This is because our product is sourced from different countries to ensure that you get the best price for it. Courier services vary from country to country . Without a strong business establishment with the courier service we are unable to obtain cheaper rates thus in terms of speed we would lose to global marketplaces such as Amazon and so forth.

However, we would still ensure that you receive your package and provide insurance on your package in case of missing and lost package

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?


We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don't have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items ! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY TARIFFS OR CUSTOM TAX ON THE PRODUCTS?


Prices revealed on your respective receipt MIGHT be different from what you ordered but please do not worry! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark as extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please email our support team at support@felmarket.com

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?


Anyone at home can receive the package on behalf of the customer. Usually the postman will leave a collection slip if nobody is at home and you may collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?


Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at support@felmarket.com  ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order.  In that case, you can send the wrong item to the nearest Regional Warehouse and once received we can send out a corrected item. Please contact us to find out where is the nearest Regional Warehouse from your country.
